I’ve got a badge to prove it and everything as W.O.F’s accreditation at the London Film Festival came through this fine morn.
Its going to be a funny festival this year for myself as I will be attempting to straddle both sides of the fence with my distributor hat on for my day job at Soda Pictures (who have 5 fabulous films in the festival… see here for more info). Then I’ll have my press hat on for when I’ll be covering other peoples films.
I am also very annoyed/ jealous to see that Sizemore has already come up with an amazing idea for festival coverage as he will be providing 12 second film festival reviews via 12 Seconds. I heartily recommend you start checking them out as when they start to pop up- and at 12 seconds long how can you not.
As for me, well I might just wing it and see how things go- bit of text, some pictures maybe even audio. Press screenings begin next week so hopefully I should be getting stuff up as of then. Also I’ll be providing festival tidbits for film blog from across the pond Big Screen Little Screen so be sure to head over to the site as well for festival fun.
